No, consultations are paid and come in two kinds: a standard consultation (30 minutes) and a full consultation (60 minutes with written recommendations). Each price shows on the booking page. Sending a brief and asking for a written proposal is free with no commitment.

A content-ready website takes 7–14 working days; systems and apps 3–16 weeks depending on size. The exact timeline is in the proposal.

Usually late content, feedback or access. So we agree on feedback within 5 working days, and any delay moves delivery by the same amount.

A private tracking link, a weekly written update, direct WhatsApp and a meeting at each stage. You can also follow the code in a repository on your account.

Two per stage. Extra revisions are costed in writing first.

No problem. We write down its effect on cost and timeline, and build it only with your approval.

30% before we start, the rest spread across stages, each paid after a stage you try and approve.

Before work starts: a full refund. After it starts: you pay only for finished stages and the done part of the current one; the rest is refunded within 14 working days, and you get everything built so far.

If we're substantially late for reasons on our side and don't fix it within 14 days of your notice, you can cancel and get back everything paid for work not delivered.

24 hours or more ahead: a full refund or a new time. Less than 24 hours: you can move it once.

You do, once paid in full: code, designs, database and content.

Yes, any time and without our approval. We hand over the code in a repository on your account with run instructions.

We set them up in your name at handover, and offer server management as a monthly plan if you want someone watching: backups, updates and monitoring.

Yes: payment gateways, shipping partners, WhatsApp Business and anything with an API. Those services' fees are paid to their providers.

Encrypted connections, role-based permissions, protected forms and sign-in, and backups for systems that hold data. Your idea and data are treated as confidential.

We use AI tools to work faster, and everything they produce is reviewed and tested by our team. We never put passwords or your customers' data into them.

Yes, free bug fixes: 30 days on Economy packages, 60 on Professional and 90 on custom projects.

We respond to anything that takes the site or system down within 24 hours on working days and start fixing right away.
