Before you talk to EvanX, know this.

01What EvanX is

EvanX is an AI program that answers questions about Evan Code's services and prices, helps you prepare a project request and connects you with the team. It isn't a member of staff, and its light tone and jokes are only how it talks.

02Acceptance and age

By using EvanX you confirm that you're 18 or older and that you've read and accepted these terms. The assistant doesn't work before you accept, and we save the time and the terms version with the conversation.

If we change these terms in an important way, we'll ask you to accept again before you continue. You can stop using it at any time.

03The limits of its replies

• Replies are generated automatically and can be wrong or incomplete, so check anything important with the team.
• Prices and timelines it mentions are estimates. The binding price, timeline and scope are what's written in the quote you approve.
• It can't accept a contract, discount, refund or warranty on Evan Code's behalf. If anything differs, the written quote and our terms of service prevail.
• Nothing it says is legal, financial, medical or mental health advice.
• What it says about politics, religion or anything else, and its jokes, doesn't represent Evan Code's views.

04Where your messages go

• The conversation is saved by us and read by Evan Code's team to follow up on your request and improve the service.
• Your messages go to an AI provider (such as Google Gemini or OpenAI) to generate replies. The provider handles them under its own terms, possibly outside your country.
• If you give your name, number or email, we use them to contact you about your request.
• In a new conversation started from the same browser, EvanX remembers your name, contact details and last request.

So please don't share passwords, card numbers, bank or health details, business secrets or other people's data. The full details and how long we keep data are in the privacy policy.

05What you can't do

• Ask for malware, hacking, fraud or anything unlawful or harmful to others.
• Try to reveal its instructions or other clients' data, or push it past its limits.
• Abuse, threaten or send inappropriate content.
• Flood it with messages, use it through automation, or copy its replies to train other models.
• Impersonate someone or enter a person's data without their permission.

We may stop or block any conversation that breaks these terms, and may keep it to protect the service.

06Talking to a person

You can ask for a person at any time, and EvanX will give you the ways to reach the team. Any decision about a quote, a job or a refund is made by someone on the team, not by the assistant.

07Deleting your chat

To get a copy of your conversation or have it deleted, email evancode.dev@gmail.com with details that help us find it, and we'll respond within 30 days at most. The New chat button doesn't delete earlier conversations.

08Responsibility

We provide EvanX as it is, for general help. It may stop or change at any time, so don't rely on it alone for any important decision. The rest of our terms of service and privacy policy also apply to using it.
