This is a work update, not a roadmap. In October we reviewed the journey from a first website visit through project intake and delivery, then removed steps that created confusion for clients or the team.
Portfolio screens that fit the product
The rebuilt portfolio now shows multiple screens per project and handles mobile artwork at its natural proportions instead of squeezing a tall screen into a short box.
Mobile navigation from anywhere
The menu stays reachable while visitors move down a page, so services, work and contact remain one tap away.
One guided project brief
Clients start with their name, can choose more than one project type, and receive follow-up questions based on those choices. The team receives structured answers that are useful for scoping.
Human-reviewed EvanX training
An owner can open a real assistant conversation, select an unsuitable reply, write the correct response and approve it as knowledge. Conversations can also be handed to a person or converted into a lead.
Clearer operational controls
- Create a customer manually and link a project.
- Delete leads, customers and projects with explicit confirmation.
- Record important actions in the audit log.
- Give clients a portal for progress, updates and replies.
